Virtual Windowをshort keyで変えたい

JWMのVirtual Windowは便利なのですが、puppy linux wikiによると、
To switch to another workspace, click its thumbnail on the panel, or scroll with your mouse wheel while the mouse pointer is on the desktop background.
パネル上のサブネイルをクリックするか、マウスがデスクトップの背景を指している時にウィールをスクロールするしかないそうです。正直どちらも少し面倒で、もしなにかショートキーがあるか、又はJMWでコマンド設定できたらいいなと思います。どなたかやり方を教えて頂けないでしょうか？
